Rugby St Andrews v Shipston U15

Shipston U15 started their season with a convincing 50-14 victory over Rugby St Andrews in the new Warwickshire U15 Cup.

Shipston got off to a good start scoring in the first few minutes to go 7-0 up and continued to press but an injury just before 10 minutes in meant that Shipston would be reduced to 14 players for the remainder of the game. Rugby St Andrews took heart from this and quickly went over to tie the score at 7-7.

Shipston regrouped and whilst a player down scored 7 more tries to run out 50-14 winners in an outstanding team performance. Man of the Match was Henry Hopkins with some incredible tries.
