Shipston u15s enjoy a rout against Berkswell and Balsall.

Soft ground and sunny sky's provided the ideal conditions for the U15s to deliver a 76-0 victory over B&B.

Our boys produced some quality rugby, all of which was delivered by the basics being done very well; fine scrummaging, committed tackling, well judged support running, and improving passing and catching.

Some of the tries showed up our off-loading game at its best and allowed us to play the high tempo game we enjoy, and where we produced multi phase / high continuity rugby we bossed the game.

The entire squad played well today. Showing up particularly well was our back row trio of Ed, Alex and Charlie, Isaac played flat at 10 taking the ball to the line and after committing defenders offloaded into space, and James produced some fantastic balanced running.

What I really enjoyed today was Kieran's second try which epitomised our desire to play an off loading game - he picked a great line, entered at pace and gave the defence no option from a beautifully timed pass from Isaac.

There will be much tougher tests this season but you can only play what's in front of you and our boys didn't lose focus throughout the game. Great result lads.
