A meeting of members and Club Officials will be held to review the season 2014-15 and to discuss matters arising from the club's operations and on-field activities. Nominations for and the election of new Club Officials for the season 2015-16 will be held in accordance with the club's constitution.

This is your chance to not only have your say and make your voice heard, but your chance to step forward and take a more active role in the running of the rugby club.
