TRAINING AT THE CLUB: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45pm for a 7.00 pm start...aged 13 and older are welcome

INSURANCE: The Club carries the minimum insurance in accordance with the RFU requirements. Members are strongly advised to consider their own insurance.
