Message from the Director of Juniors Rugby

Welcome to our twelfth season of youth rugby at Shipston-on-Stour Rugby Club. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly club and always welcome new members to join the age groups from under 7s to under18s.

Our many valued volunteers, see positions and numbers listed above for key contacts, continue to ensure the success and continuation of our youth section. They willingly give up their time to the section to coach, administer and officiate at games for which we owe them a great deal of thanks. We are always looking for new volunteers to add diversity to ideas and share the work load. Along with the regular roles there is always an opportunity to get to know other parents and keep warm doing a stint on kitchen duty. One highlight to look out for in the year is the annual mini festival, this year the festival will be held on Sunday 2nd October. If you want to get involved and help in junior rugby at Shipston in any capacity then please contact me.

10.30 - 12 Noon Sunday Mornings, September to April
We have RFU-qualified coaches running groups in age groups U12 to U17, and we play matches against other clubs every second weekend starting in October.
