Matchday arrangements will be confirmed at training the week before - we will aim to be at the venue 1 hour before kick-off.

• if you are not there the week before its up to you to find out the arrangements!
• every player must text or phone Tim or Malcolm between Thursday and Friday evening before matchday to confirm availability and, for away matches, whether you are going direct or meeting at Shipston RFC.
• the starting line-up will be selected from the players who have confirmed.
• club shirts and ties to be worn in the clubhouse after games on matchdays.
